I love to cook everything! You could say I'm a fusion chef, but traditional dishes have a place on the table all the same. I enjoy a multitude of different flavors and playing with spices and herbs. I'm a go with the flow type when it comes to recipes, and enjoy trying new things regularly. I believe the best food is from the heart and technicality is something that interests me in the culinary world, so I try to challenge myself as often as possible in the kitchen by making things from scratch as often as possible. I think textures are just as important to the food experience as flavors, and try to give a variety of both in each meal I make.

I am a self-made home chef who has been cooking since I could stand! We didn't have a lot growing up, so I've learned to budget wisely and stretch my ingredients for multiple meals. Since then, my focus has been figuring out how to make healthy foods affordable and accessible.
