I have experience in Italian cooking and French cooking. I graduated with a degree in classical French cooking. I have experience as a personal chef and private chef as well as mentioned in my experience. As a personal chef this time I wish to specialize in Neopolitan pizzas dinner parties. I do have a menu that has several options including appetizers, salads, desserts and even a select wine list, you will have the means of my preparing pizzas that you may want that do not show on the menu. I have many years in the food industry. I have worked in several restaurants, hotels and country clubs and as a Private chef for affluent families. I was a sou chef in the only 5 star Italian restaurant in the country which was Tony’s in Saint Louis Missouri. I worked as a cook in a 4 star French restaurant called, Cafe de France, and others. I have country club experience, hotel catering experience and have worked as a private chef in private homes including Billy Busch of Anheuser-Busch and his family. I also worked for Mr Sam Fox who was appointed by President George W Busch as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgiam and family.i cooked for the prince of Quettar. I have two culinary degrees, hotel catering experience restaurant management and chef apprentice.
