Whatever type of cuisine you’re looking for I can provide. You’ll find most of my menus are based on American cuisine with a focus on meat and seafood. Vegetarian and vegan menus are also available.

Professionally trained chef with over 15 years of experience. I have held multiple positions in the restaurant including executive chef at Star at Playhouse Square in the historic theater district as well as sous chef at players on Madison in Lakewood Ohio. I have experience with large weddings and banquets service. I can provide servers if needed. Wine pairings per course also available.
