I have been I the culinary industry for fifteen years. My experience includes Washburne Culinary Institute, Maggiano's Little Italy, The Signature Room in the John Hancock building, The Grand Luxe Cafe and currently, Lawry's The Prime Rib. I have a wide variety of cooking styles as well as an array of international dishes.
