I cooked Comfort style food with focus on the Southern part of the USA, Mexico and the Mediterranean.

Over 2 decades of food and beverage experiences. I have work with and for two James Beard award winning chefs. Beside my culinary background I'm a Certified Sommelier and a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
