I present pretty plates but I create food people crave. I can cook event food but specialize in fresh, simple ingredients that you want to come back for again and again. They let me choose only six influences but I am encyclopedic in my knowledge of food.

I have cooked everything from small dinner parties to holiday gatherings. I have worked catering events for up to a thousand as well as worked in restaurants and, as an executive chef, created new and exciting dishes to please every palate.
