My style of cooking is American Reginal and my focus is in Latin American cuisine. I'm trained in different cuisines such as Asian, Italian and even mastered the art of Bbq to name a few.
I've been cooking in the industry for 10! Years now. I've always been passionate about cooking/food! I have a Culinary degree from The Illinois Institute of Art and I've worked for ell recognized group which include Lettuce Entertainment and weber Grill restaurants. I currently held a position as sous chef for Four Star Group.
