Family Style to Four Courses

I usually cook Mediterranean food for myself; light with tons of flavours. I also cook Southern, BBQ, Italian, and Asian food. I'm also big on sustainably and making everything from scratch.

The bug bit me while working in a fine dinning restaurant. From there, I've spent the last 10 years perfecting my style and technique cooking for friends and family. My friends and family are the reason I pursued cooking because they convinced me that I had the skills necessary.
