My cooking Style varies. I was trained in many different cuisines. My influences are my Grandparents, mother, father, teachers and early mentors who helped me realize my passion. I love cook from vegetarian, southern, Spanish, Italian, and multiples in between.

I started working and cooking in restaurants at the age of 15. I went on to culinary school where I received my degree in culinary arts. For 10yrs in the sports and entertainment world of cooking. From cooking for athletes, musicians and former presidents of the US. I have worked also worked in hotels and hospitals, and have cooked for colleges. I am one who believes in flavors and putting love into food to bring out the fullest in foods.
