Food is Love Food is Life

I am a culinary Mad scientist and a bit of a fusion fanatic. I enjoy combining bar food which is what i primarily cooked during my time as a line cook with international/upscale flavors and ingredients, Think Sweet sriracha Hot wings, Caribbean curry chicken rice bowls, and whiskey street chicken above a truffle hash. I like to refer to my food as sexy and treat it as suck from the flavors, and preparation, to plate presentation.

Trained via my High Schools Culinary / tech prep course for three years, Crushed it as a Line cook for two years , three months cooking for a terminally ill client and her family and not to mention I've been creating in the kitchen for fourteen out of the twenty two years I've been on this earth
