I love using fresh, local and high quality ingredients to make beautiful food that is both nutritious and delectable. After going through a 50 lb weight loss journey 4 years ago and working for Life Time Fitness, I have learned how important it is to eat fresh, local, food.
I attended Culinary School from 1998-2000. After graduating from Culinary School I cooked for several restaurants in NYC before moving back to Chapel Hill, NC. I have cooked at 411 West, Sienna Il Palio and even owned and operated my own gourmet food truck in Durham. I currently own a Catering And Special Event Agency in Raleigh with my Husband Jason who is also a Chef.
