I enjoy serving everything from classical cuisine to world cuisine. Baking is a specialty, with fresh-baked breads, pies, cakes, and pastries. I excel also at catering to special diets, be it gluten-free or low-carb or vegetarian, I love it all.

I have been creating unforgettable dining experiences in restaurants, catering, and personal chef settings in the North Lake Tahoe area for 20 years now. I am an award-winning graduate of Western Culinary Institute, I pursued her passion for food and entertaining and combined it with the unique North Lake Tahoe lifestyle. Specialties include cakes, breads, and pastries, Thai cuisine, northern Italian cuisine, steaks and seafood, and healthy diets. I enjoy interacting with the guests, and invite them into my kitchen.
