I like to take classical cooking methods and apply them to different style cuisines. I cook anything from pizza to prime rib.
I have 18 years of kitchen experience as a line cook and kitchen manager/sous chef. I worked in restaurants that serve Italian, BBQ, Upp-scale or from scratch cuisine but I can also cook Asian and Latin cuisines as well.
