I am very versatile chef. I love experimenting and trying things most wouldn't dare. But being born and raised in North Carolina I am a southern chef at heart so i love doin bbq as well. I love creating dishes from seasonal ingredients. I am married to a Cuban so I love to integrate those spanish/carribean flavors into my dishes

I have been a chef for over 10 years. I have experience in everything from faSt food to fine dining. I have worked with different cuisines such as american, soul/southern, bbq, and italian. I have worked in a few of Cincinnati's top 10 restaurants, and I have been employed with business insiders best restaurant in the state of Kentucky. I currently own a restaurant in brevard, nc.
