Chef Billy trained at the prestigious Keystone Culinary Institute near Vail, Colorado. Upon finishing school, he traveled his way through Colorado, Arizona, California, and New York with stints in restaurants such as J&G at the Phoenician, Tarbell's, Momofuku Ko, and the French Laundry. His company, Canyons and Chefs, offers private chef experiences, small and large gathering catering, and chef-driven adventure experiences that combine the worlds of outdoor adventure with fine food and drink.
