I have worked in restaurants my entire life, mostly front of the house. I have seen everything from host to the kitchen. I have been cooking since I was 3 years old with my grandparents (who raised me), right off the boat from Sicily. I have been mostly self taught and I dedicated my life to cooking and learning. I invent all my recipes, taking influences from my background, the internet, cuisines i've tried, and more.
