I graduated from PCI in California in 2008, studying under Master Chef Udo Prambs. I have extensive experience with high end catering and corporate events, being the former Executive Chef for Dell, Arista Networks, and Synaptics. I have focused lately on launching my own business providing catering, consulting, and personal chef services in the greater Bay Area.
