My cooking style is a very wide range. I pride myself on perusing anything and everything in the culinary field and have used several different methods of cooking and have cooked with several rare ingredients. I thoroughly enjoy trying new things with food. I also love to keep it classic and just cool amazing French, Latin, Asian, and American foods/cuisine.
I went to culinary school at Sulivan University in Louisville KY. This is an amazing school with some of the best chefs in the country. I received an amazing education there. Learned several cooking styles and am now comfortable with pretty much anything. I have worked in several restaurants including The White Oak in Louisville KY, a couple country clubs- one in Bloomington IN; and Fuzzy Zellers Covered Bridge. I was a Personal Chef at Blueberry Hill Estates in Paoli IN. I have had my own catering business for a few years now as well.
