I love to make simple food with fresh ingredients that allow the flavors to shine through. Plating and appearance are very important to me.

I am a classically trained chef with a love for making french and italian cuisine. I love small dinner parties, wine pairings, and love to make elegant desserts. I owned my own catering business in Chicago before moving my family to the suburbs where I now moonlight as a private chef upon request.
