My specialty is Caribbean fusion, which is a combination of Jamaican, Haitian, Barbadian and Trinidadian food items put together in the most creative way!

I got my degree at St Pius culinary institute. I've been cooking professionally since 2007 after a long career as a community worker. I never worked at a restaurant but I completed several internships in Calabria, Italy and in Montreal.
