I began cooking at the age of 13, and loved it. I knew at the age of 16 I wanted to become a chef. After my first job at the Italian American Community Center in Albany, that was solidified. I moved from the area to Washington D.C. in 2014 to hone my craft and learn as much as possible. In 2017 I met my mentor and Chef Nathan Anda. I worked for Nate and several other prominent chefs in D.C from 2017 to 2022. Chefs Aaron Silverman, Demetrio Zavala, Scott Muns and BJ Lieberman.
