I bring traditional Italian and fusion cuisine to Austin and nearby areas. I can entertain the most discerning of guests during a dinner party and teach even the most novice of students, with my funny and charismatic personality.My food is fresh and flavorful, using quality local seasonal ingredients as much as possible - truest to the Italian philosophy.

I honed my experience for almost a decade, offering cooking classes, private dinners and catering for events in Italy. I moved to Austin in 2016 and I have been a personal chef there since.
