Interior Mexican has always been my main focus. Being a sixth generation Texan, BBQ and Soul are in my veins! Most of my professional career has been involved with American cuisine with classic french techniques applied. The fusion part of it is finding how to meld all the techniques to make an amazing experience!

First, Chef Collin was super responsive and worked with us on the menu. He came up with a dinner for 10 people that was fantastic, within our budget, and that everyone loved! Not an easy task! We were all still talking about it the next day. I highly recommend him and will hire him again as soon as I can! Can’t say enough great things!

We had such a wonderful experience with chef Collin and his partner. He was easy to communicate and very personable. He showed up very well organized and prepared. He had coursed everything out for us and the food was amazing and plenty of it. We had lots of left overs for later on in the evening! They also took care of all the dishes and cleaning. It was so seemless using chef Collin I would highly recommend.
Chef Collin was so great! This was my first time having a chef and it was a wonderful experience. He was interactive with the group and they all loved it! The food was delicious. The menu he put together was super detailed. We used him for a bachelorette party so he asked what the bride liked and put together specifics for her which was great. I’ll definitely be using him again anytime we have a special occasion and need a chef! Seriously wonderful experience!!
