Having grown up with a southern grandmother I learned how to cook with a rustic hand, using ingredients grown locally and in season to create delicious and nutritious dishes. As I've grown I've collected influence from travel and personal dining experiences in exceptional restaurants. Inspired by travel abroad and the foods of different cultures, I strive to create unique, colorful dishes with ingredients available locally.
