I love to work with grains and use vegetables as the main character of the plate alongside any proteins. I love trying new things, and making flavorful, boastful sauces with well cooked and seasoned vegetables and proteins. Any other flavor elements have to do with the influence of the dish im preparing.

10+ years experience with certification through the ACF. From breakfast cookery to eloquent wine dinners; high volume buffets and outdoor golf tournaments, pool and tableside dining. If shown/taught how to perform the task, I will do it again and again the same way. Always willing to learn and grow in my experiences and flavor. I love spice and sauces and am always on the hunt for new, great ways to accent.
