I call my self a rebel because I combine spices and flavor profiles from different countries and cultures to create beautiful dishes with bold flavors.
I have a range of experience beginning with classical French training in culinary arts school to training under international chefs while working on a cruise ship. Not to mention the passion for food instilled in me by my grandmother.
