I cook by instinct and from the heart. I was raised by a village of chefs and though my main influence was Puerto Rican food, I experienced everything. I like to blur the lines and create original fusions, but I'm also very skilled at making more traditional dishes within each genre. I specialize in making whatever I create a party in your mouth.

I started cooking as soon as I was tall enough to reach the stove, and since my passion and skill have only grown. I've been cooking at home and for friends for years, and this past year finally made it my profession. I became an executive chef in a little over a month at my first job and now I'm working as a catering cook.
