Learned from experience on the job, have been cooking in and out of the industry since I was about twelve years old. I am thirty now and and head chef where I currently work. I've been line cook, prep cook, crew trainer, new restaurant opener, sous chef and now head chef. I am serve safe certified and enjoy cooking.
