Cooking the classics in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I can prepare a meal that is elegant, exotic or a childhood favorite. Bringing friends and family together around a table filled with mouth watering food is my specialty.
My influences come from every technique I learn, meal I eat and chef I watch cook, but I have built the base of my cooking style watching my Nana and picking through her thousands of recipes. After receiving training in classical French cooking and spending years in a number of restaurants around the north east I opened a personal chef and catering business almost 4 years ago.
