I'm the master of BBQing and grilling. I'm currently learning classical cuisine. I would like to learn more cooking styles.

Started cooking when I was 17 years old. My second job was at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, I learned cooking from their Top Chef of 2015. I worked at Brio Tuscan Grill. I was the Pizza chef and pantry chef. I was flairing pizza in the air for customers. Now I work at Stonewood Tavern and Grill. Im currently learning the sauté and grill stations. I'm also in college over at Valencia College, majoring in Culinary Management.
