I would describe my cooking style as outside the lines. I have spent time studying the science of flavor and why things taste good. I love to work with preferences and to provide an experience that is exciting, new, and out of the norm that will hopefully have you talking about it for days to come.

My experience started during the pandemic with freelance, I have served in a few restaurants while cooking various types of cuisine. I have attended classes in cannabis culinary infusion and currently hold my servsafe working in restaurants, hospitals, and pop-ups.
