I enjoy traveling and the best way to describe myself is as a sponge. I absorb everything around me and when I come home I experiment with dishes I have learned in my travels, and try to take them to the next level.
My culinary mentor in my life is my father, who is also a chef. Since I was very young I've always felt like I was born in a kitchen. Once I got older, I branched off and worked with great chefs all over the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
