Multifaceted and with a wide range, from traditional French technique to more modern approaches. Often err toward the side of lighter fare with an eye for making lighter dishes that utilize less saturated fat and animal products.

A lifetime lover of food and fun, I have a tremendous amount of experience hosting delicious and interesting dinner parties. Through a tradition I have started in many cities over the years called Gourmet, I gather friends around a upscale, themed meal where cultures and local delicacies are featured. I have taken numerous culinary courses in different places rendering me able to make anything from pasta to sushi to Indian dishes, all from scratch. But good cooking isn't the whole trick to a successful party - I also know how to get the right music and vibe for everyone to have a great time.
