I have nearly 20 years of professional chef experience from locally owned fine dining establishments to large scale casinos, hotels, and corporate dining. I am classically trained, having received my BA in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. I am available for Breakfast, Brunches, Lunch, and of Course Dinner Services.
