I can cook anything from comfort food to American Formal foods and am very fond of foods with Mediterranean and Italian influences. I am very comfortable cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes as well. I focus on using fresh, local and organic products whenever possible.
I am owner and chef of a BBQ restaurant. I have been catering since 2005, but started cooking long before I started pursuing this career. When my company is not booked with a large event, I source myself out for smaller parties.
