I often like to go to the farmers market and allow the fresh produce and meats to give me inspiration. I love a styles of food and often use many techniques.
I have worked every job in the restaurant hospitality industry in over 18 years. I found my place in the kitchen and didn't leave until I became a mother. Turning my focused on catering and private bookings. ( I also have my certification in culinary arts training as well has 2 internships under private chefs. I've held the title of head chef twice and kitchen manager as well.)
