My philosophy is rooted in farm-to-table freshness, sourcing the finest local Ugandan ingredients to create vibrant, wholesome dishes that truly reflect the bounty of the land and also I believe in culinary storytelling, weaving flavors from around the world into dishes that evoke memories and create new experiences.

I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience in Culinary industry. I have studied at the school of hospitality in Uganda Kampala and I have joined various restaurants and hotels eg Muyonyo Speke Resort, Kalango Resort. After I decided to learn international cuisines and settled in Kampala.
