My creative pairings are authentic as they are exceptionally delicious! My cooking styles are vast however I specialize in fusion cuisine both modern and classical,I love the freedom of expression that culinary arts give,my cuisine is usually a fusion from any one of the countries that I’ve gained my wealth of culinary experience.

I’ve been a part of culinary arts for over 22 years and I’ve worked diligently to build a career as a Chef,I have worked at several residence’s,hotels and restaurants over the years as well as the execution/s of countless private catering functions solidifying my career as a chef,I love pairing and as such I offer a fusion of both local and international influences. I am currently based in Trinidad and Tobago providing a customizable private chef catering service,bringing the restaurant experience to you,we offer both sweet and or savory dishes,we’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your taste,budget and preferences. All items are priced in Trinidad & Tobago currency.
