I’m Yaam - a Parisian with a love of reinvention and a deep passion for food. My journey to becoming a chef has been anything but traditional. I started as a legal expert in finance, then pivoted to business planning in fashion, before finding my way into food photography. But it was in the kitchen where I truly felt at home, turning my lifelong love of cooking into a career. Though I’m self-taught, I’ve always been eager to grow. That’s why I earned my degree as a sommelier and spirit consultant to expand my understanding of flavors and pairings. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of cooking for couples and families, honing my craft through experience and creativity.
