My cooking style is rooted in Sicilian tradition, with a focus on authentic flavors, seasonal ingredients, and dishes that tell a story. I balance simplicity and elegance, creating food that is both comforting and refined. I love to highlight local produce, use techniques that respect tradition while adding a modern touch, and design experiences that connect people through food.

I have built my career as a chef by combining hands-on kitchen experience with teaching and consulting. Over the years, I have worked in restaurants, created private dining experiences, and now also share my skills as a culinary instructor. My work extends to event catering, menu design, and restaurant consultancy, with a strong focus on Sicilian/Italian cuisine and on creating memorable experiences through food.
