My cooking style is Caribbean & American infused with fresh herbs and spices.

I have had the privilege to work with some great chefs during my time at Continental Catering and The Breakers Resort on Palm Beach Island. From there I was instrumental in opening a restaurant at a boutique resort here in Turks & Caicos. During this time my responsibility was to ensure the proper design, preparation and execution of each menu item as well as managing the team. A few months ago, I decided to pursue and follow my passion to become a private chef full time.
