From fine dining to street food, I have a keen eye for what clients want, what's on trend, and also a love for classics.

I am a professional Chef/ Development Chef with 10+ years experience, within a varied field of cuisines and environments. Starting with lots of restaurant experience within the UK including the seasonal fresh dining scene of the east of England and the metropolitan vibes of Liverpool City working among some favourite local hot spots, as well as my own catering contracts and pop up cuisine themed restaurant events (Including; Spanish, Italian, French, British, Greek, Fusion Street Food, BBQ) and private chef work, including outdoor BBQ. I hold a BA Food Design and Technology from a Liverpool University. Entwined with this I have more recently been involved in the developing of large scale food products for some of the UK's biggest retailers, and one of the biggest QSR's in KSA helping to sell millions of units.
