I have 12 years of experience in the culinary field and I currently work as a chef at the Porto A.s. 1829 Hotel. I have also catered for families in their houses for ocasional events, such as anniversaries, christmas, special celebrations. I take people on a jouney among the portuguese traditional dishes suchs as tripas, cabrito, cabidela, with a lighter aproach without loosing taste and tradition.
