I m a 39 year old female professional chef with 9 years experience as a vegan chef and a published cookbook author. With classical training at Lisbon's Tourism and Hospitality institute, I have found my way has a vegan chef thru professional experience and passion. I am the founder and executive chef at the Portuguese Vegan catering agency. During my time as a vegan chef, I have catered to hundreds of private costumers, on big events like 100% plant based weddings and been featured in the media several times. I have my own vegan recipe column at the Portuguese food magazine Sand am proud to say I have been the first and only vegetarian MasterChef Portugal contestant, being a well known Portuguese vegan cook helping spread the message. I have taught countless workshops, offered showcooking nationally and internationally and worked with children on many healthy food actions all over Portugal. I am also a vegan cuisine consultor and can help develop menus for your new vegan place in Portugal. For me, cooking is... Is a calling. My all life and passion.
