Just like in music that I love Jazz, Baroque, Classic, Bossanova, Pop or Rock, in food I like and cook ethnic, classics and modern. I strongly defend that traditions are also created and not only repeated.

Worked with the classics scubas Paul Bocuse, passed through nouvelle cuisine with Robuchon or Gagnaire, embraced contemporary cuisine.Worked and lived in different continents and over 18 countries for the past 40 something years.
