I focus mainly on Mediteranean style cuisine. I offer my clients a gourmet buffet style dining experience where I provide a variety of dishes like, meat, fish, veg, vegan, gluten-free, salads, and dessert. I love cooking a wide variety of cuisines to expand my culinary knowledge, so I am very flexible when it comes to client food preferences as it gives me a chance to create something new for my guests.

I am an international Chef with over 10 years experience cooking in various professional kitchens around Europe. I am born in England and live in Portugal. I am always cooking up something tasty at home and love to cook for other people. I have catered for many clients since 2025 and I absolutetly love what I do. From a songwriter camp of 20 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over 6 days to catering for a film crew and cast of 70 people to vegan & yoga retreats. I adapt my style to my clients and cook the food they love to create memorable experiences they will never forget.
