I am a professional chef with almost 11 years of experience in different cuisines.i have showcased my creative expertise in curating the hotel’s menu. I have also worked as a private yacht chef sailing from New York to the Caribbean and vice versa, I was in charge of provisioning, stocking and budgeting. I was cooking mostly international cuisine practicing good hygiene and extensive food safety since my employer’s guests were top HNWI and well-known personalities. But that was not new to me since I was also employed as a Private chef for a VIP client at Makati, Philippines.I have my Bachelor’s degree in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde for Hotel, Restaurant and International Management On top of that I also took courses for food styling and food photography so that I can keep up in this Social Media era. As a matter of fact, I recently started making videos about food and restaurants that I have visited, and also writing insights about the experience.
