My passion is wellness nourishing kai (food) that is personalised to the person/people/event. I specialize in dietary requirements as I'm passionate about insuring everyone can eat but also really enjoy their meal.

Straight out of high-school into apprenticeship for 4 years. Moved to Melbourne to experience chef life there. And have worked in kitchens since but last 5 years have worked for myself food truck style food.
