I am Indonesian of origin. It all started at my mother's home kitchen, she gave me the inspiration and then I decided to study and make a career in the hospitality industry. Since 1997 I've worked in various restaurants and learned different cuisines. Now I'm based in The Netherlands and happy to be the bridge between the eastern and western cuisine.
