The simpler the better!

Simple ingredients, colorful plates and lots and lots of vegetables are the key. My cooking style never abandoned the Italian tradition: making fresh pasta is my biggest passion, as well as making pizza and snacks for tasty aperitivo. Even so, I implemented my recipes with new ingredients mostly taken from the asiatic cousine. All my recipes are vegetarian: veggies, fresh pasta and good cheese are more that enough to make a great tasting experience!

My experience in the kitchen started when I was 5 years old, helping my mother and my nonna making tomato sauce in the Italian summer heat. From that point on, my love for food got more and more intense. Moving from the family kitchen to the restaurant one, food became my love language. In the last year I've been working as a private chef for a family in Utrecht and I've decided to move from restaurants back to the comfort of the family table, to be able to give space to my creativity and to share the amazing experience that preparing food is directly with people.
